Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Shipping times are estimated below.
Standard Post 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia. A tracking number will be provided.

Customer Service Policy
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and quality beauty products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 3 business days of your order being placed.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind. Items MUST be returned in saleable condition; unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals in tact. Refunds are only available for items that are faulty.
All returns must be returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Shipping fees on returns, are the customers responsibility. When returning goods, please use a reliable method of postage as Kaia Muse will not be held responsible for any items you return which go missing or become damaged in transit. We advise you to provide postage that includes a tracking number to try and avoid missing parcels. Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund on items returned in non-saleable condition.
You can choose a refund only if the items are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website.
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorisation.
Any items for return must be received in the original condition they were sent; i.e. unopened boxes, labelling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition. Please email Kaia Muse for return address details.
Returns are to be received by Kaia Muse within 10 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
